WARRANTY COVERAGE
Broken Glass Company provides 5 years of labor coverage against qualifying leaks and necessary adjustments related to your shower enclosure installation.
Qualifying shower enclosure hardware is also covered by a 15-year hardware warranty, including replacement of eligible hardware when the care and maintenance guidelines outlined below have been followed and the failure is not the result of misuse, improper care, damage, neglect, or user error.
Replacement hardware covered under this warranty will be provided at no cost. Labor associated with delivering, replacing, adjusting, or installing replacement hardware is not included and will be billed at Broken Glass Company’s current minimum hourly service rate.
Warranty registration must be completed within 45 business days of installation completion.
REGISTRATION
To receive warranty coverage, this warranty must be registered through Broken Glass Company’s online redemption portal or accompanied by a valid signed warranty document.

EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover door sweeps, seals, or gaskets. These components are considered routine maintenance items and are the responsibility of the homeowner, property owner, or property manager.
Coverage does not apply to damage or failure resulting from misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, accidental damage, alterations, or failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions provided by Broken Glass Company.
Care & Cleaning
Proper care and cleaning are essential to maintaining the appearance, performance, and longevity of your glass enclosure and hardware.
For best results:
>Squeegee and dry the glass and hardware after each use.
>Never use abrasive cleaners, scrubbers, pads, or materials on the glass or hardware.
>Use only natural cleaners or appropriate alcohol-based glass cleaners.
>Do not use cleaners containing ammonia, bleach, or other harsh chemicals.
>Harsh or abrasive cleaning products may dull, tarnish, corrode, or oxidize hardware finishes. Damage resulting from improper cleaning or maintenance may void applicable warranty coverage.
Redemption
Your completed digital registration serves as proof of warranty eligibility. When requesting warranty service, Broken Glass Company may verify your registration and installation information before approving parts or service
